Gravlox Infused Salmon Roe

With a sweet pop and a hint of white pepper, this versatile roe provides an elegant take on the traditional Scandinavian flavor. Salmon roe has the biggest flavor and pop of all the roes and can be used in place or in conjunction with salmon meat. Suggested pairings include scrambled eggs or pumpernickel toast with sweet mustard sauce.

Species Information: Oncorhynchus Keta. is found in the Pacific Ocean. It matures in 3-5 years, reaches 2-3 feet in length, and weighs 8-15 lbs. Farm raised fingerlings, adults are wild caught in Alaska.
