Scrambled Eggs with Bottarga

Heat a frying pan with a little olive oil. Break your eggs (2,3,4 - depending on your desires and the number of people) and beat them quickly in your pan.

Add to it according to your desires, mushrooms, cheese e.g. Gruyère.

Before serving, add So'Boutargue Powder and a few slices of So'Boutargue Classic.

Excellent for replenishing protein and Omega 3.
